I agree with Sanjinu on this one. Why would you want to go out and spend 600k on FoW armor just to 'look cool' and 'spend money'? Whats the point? I'm completely happy with buying normal 600k armor that doesnt require ectos, shards, and the whatever the last things are. It makes no sense to me. And so what if you have all that money and dont know what to do with it? Buy superior runes or another set of non-Fissure armor, black dye is always at a particularly high price, buy that for all I care. But enough ranting. To shorten up what I just said: Buying Fissure armor simply to 'look cool' and 'spend money' is overrated and stupid. Point and match.

I think for a lot of people its just the feeling that you accomplished something that takes a while and not everyone does. I know thats pretty much the reason I'm going for the fissure armor...
that...
and it looks cool, hahaha.

Don't put the words "cool" and "fissure male warrior leggings" in the same sentence.

I'm not very impressed with the look of most the fissure armor. The monk is my favorate. The only thing I like about fissure is that they are all one pattern so you can mix armor types and not look psycho. They are sure expensive and I don't know where you can get all the money for the armor. So I'll probably just end up with 15k armor, besides I think most of them look better anyway. I'm glad for the people that can actually afford them =)

Well what you're saying Storm Crow i agree with partly. But what you said also goes for the 15k armor at Granite Citadel. What's the blasted point in buying that when it looks ALMOST IDENTICAL to the one from Droknar's, except cost more and may require different materials. People buy them to look good and cool, the same thing as Fissure except it actually looks different hmm? To me trying to get Fissure armor is trying to accomplish something. What's the point of running around in Guild Wars if you aren't trying to accomplish something?

I'm curious to see what the male warrior fissure leggings look like on their own. I'm having a hard time telling where the leggings end and the boots start. I want to just get the fissure gladiator leggings/chest for an extra 5 energy but like most people I hate the gladiator armour look.
And regarding the whole looking cool thing, once you beat the game all your PvE character has to look forward to is looking good.

Does anyone know the materials needed for FoW Monk armor? I don't want to go all the way there and find out I have the wrong kinds of materials. =/
